1. This membership and its benefits are exclusively provided by Shenzhen Huaqiang Hotel Management Co., Ltd. The hotel brands currently participating in the reward program include Huaqiang Hotel and the Novlion Hotel brand (will be updated upon the addition of brands).

2. The membership in this reward program applies to individuals, and one member has only one account.

3. The “Huapeng Rewards Club” members are not allowed to violate the terms and conditions of this reward program; they must not violate the national laws and regional regulations when using the membership privileges.

4. Any changes to the terms of this program will be reflected on the official website or WeChat and will take effect immediately.

5. Any offer provided by this reward program does not constitute or give the member the right to any laws or contracts with Shenzhen Huaqiang Hotel Management Co., Ltd.

6. Members are eligible to enjoy exclusive privileges and benefits from hotels of Shenzhen Huaqiang Hotel Management Co., Ltd. The specific benefits and services may change and update from time to time and may vary by hotel and geographical region.

7. Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash or changed to any other form of points and they can only be redeemed for rewards under the terms and conditions of the reward program. Reward Points do not have fixed or determinable monetary value. Members do not own the accumulated Reward Points which are not the member's property.

8. Shenzhen Huaqiang Hotel Management Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation of the terms and conditions of the “Huapeng Rewards Club”.
